Arrive BY BOAT

The Port of Maratea is one of the few, if not the only, truly equipped harbors in the stretch of sea from Salerno to Vibo Valentia and can accommodate boats of large dimensions.
Typically, it is a stop on routes circumnavigating the Peninsula or heading to the Aeolian Islands, Sardinia, or the islands in the Gulf of Naples.
There are no passenger transport services; the nearest is a ferry service to Naples that serves the nearby port of Sapri (Mare Metro)
