Apartment (45 m2) within a villa but with separate entrance and situated on the coastal road entering Maratea; a newly-built house less than 1 km from the seaside (0,500 km as the crow flies).
The house offer a splendid view of the sea and of the hill with the ruins of an ancient castle in the background .
The coastal road passes in front of the house, but the bedroom overlooks the sea. Parking in the street or in a car park near the house.
There are restaurants less than 0,200 km from the house and horse riding.

OVERVIEW
The accommodation, recently built, is located not far from the river which is the border between Basilicata and Calabria, in a quiet and very green area of Maratea and for this reason, fresh and airy.
The apartment is on one level and consists of a bedroom with 1 double bed, a room with a kitchenette and third bed, a bathroom with shower and bidet.
The apartment is ideal for two or three people.
Large terrace and garden with additional outdoor shower and barbecue.
Available parking in the adjacent parking lot.
The owners live on the rest of the house, a two-family house with garden in a context of a group of houses surrounded by green parkland with a single entrance from the public road.
IN THE NEARBY
Just not far from the sea: the wide and sandy beach, partially free and partly organized with bathing establishments and a port equipped for the small pleasure boat with possibility to rent boats; Or the Secca, a fantastic cove with private access considered among the most beautiful places in Maratea, all less than 1000 meters away from the house.
Many other beaches, all different and each with its own features and attractions of interest and charm on the whole Maratea coast are within easy reach of a few minutes by car or boat.
At 300 meters from the accommodation along the road to the beach there is also a riding school with possibility of riding lessons.
There is a mini market, bars and restaurants and a church, 200 meters away. There are a variety of supermarkets, shops of all kinds and all amenities, as well as children's playgrounds, cinemas and nightclubs, just a 5-minute drive away.
HOW TO REACH THE HOUSE - THE GAPS
The house is located:
- 20 minutes from the motorway A3 SA / RC, exit Lagonegro Nord-Maratea
- 10 minutes from the main railway station
- 2 hours from Naples or Lamezia airport.
- 20 minutes from Old Town
- 15 minutes from the Port of Maratea
It is 780 km from Bologna, 680 km from Florence, 400 km from Rome.
Terms of rent apartment
Fully furnished house with new furniture and equipped with stove, dishes and cooking utensils.
The price includes the consumption of water, gas and electricity, and if required the supply of towels and bed linen, changed weekly.
The stay begins after 4 pm the day of arrival until 11 pm and the apartment must be left before 10 am on the day of departure to allow for cleaning.
Any other needs can be agreed depending on the possibilities.
We request a deposit for the booking; It could be also required a small sum as a security deposit.
Prices range from a minimum of 50 € / day up in low season (prices provided only by way of example; the actual price will be provided upon request via booking engine).
